Our Policies:
United Facilities is committed to developing the skills and abilities of our team. We actively encourage our employees to study for formal qualifications such as NVQ or ESOL (training for foreign nationals). Motivation and consistency of individual performance are key to high standards of service.
Accordingly, all staff members are eligible for bonus and award schemes that recognise consistent high-level performance. We want our staff to know that their dedication is rewarded when they exceed our customers’ and our own expectations. All operators at United Facilities have basic training, including First Aid, Fuel Efficiency Driving and Customer Service.
Further training is offered to our managerial team, including Diploma in Business & Administration and Team Leadership Management NVQ.
